SHIPPING POLICY
We value fast and reliable shipping with a minimal carbon footprint. Our shipping policies are currently under construction as we haven't found an answer that we're satisfied our customers will love yet.
As we currently source products from a wide variety of suppliers, items are usually delivered from 5-14 days after purchase, unless you are notified otherwise. Rest assured we are still hard at work to make these times shorter and more consistent across all of our product lines so that you can get back to fishing, sooner! We will update our policy as soon as things change.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We think an open and honest policy is the best policy. That’s why we've designed the most transparent store policy for our customers. Read on to learn more about purchasing, shipping, checking order status, returns, and more.
Currently all products purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item/s (at your own risk and cost).
Firstly you will need to inform us of your intention to return the product/s within 14 days of the day on which the product/s were delivered. You will then have a further 14 days in which to return the item to us. Following the delivery of the item back to us, we will refund the full cost of the item/s which may take up to 14 days to do so. However, we typically do this within 5 working days.
Returned products should be returned in the same condition as they were sent and have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.
